Welcome! I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, chronic stress, trauma, relationships (both with others and with themselves). With over ten years of experience, my priority is to meet you where you are at, go beyond offering simple coping skills, and bring the most evidenced-based interventions to you for lasting change. I accept insurance including Quartz, HealthPartners, and other large insurance plans along with private pay. I provide therapy in person in the Waupaca area, and telehealth throughout WI.
